I put these on immediately (well, washed first, of course) in a bra with an underwire because I was afraid they'd fall out.
No need to fear that at all, and I got over an ounce from each side in two hours JUST FROM MY MILK LETTING DOWN! That's a full feeding for my lil' guy right now. I can't imagine how helpful these will be once I go back to work.

These things are great. I would say get them before you deliver so when your milk comes in you can already start saving and storing it. These are perfect for that and so simple and easy to use. I would just wear them around sometime because they are so easy and comfortable. Especially if I was over filled with milk, instead of wasting that precious milk in breast pads I would let it collect here and empty it every so often if an ongoing bag I had in the fridge. Sometimes I would forget I was wearing them and the milk would waste if I bend over (to pick something up) and I would forget often. I would suggest a plug to secure the milk in until you're ready for it to come out. They parts separate so it is very easy and fast to clean and reuse if needed. I had a few pair to always be ready. Soooo useful!

I cannot say how much I LOVE these!! My baby is only 9 days old and I've struggled with producing enough milk to keep up with him, so every little drop helps! I wear these around the house ( especially when I'm nursing with the opposite breast) and I easily get 1oz of milk every 2 to 3 hours! I actually get more milk from these than when I struggle through 30 mins of pumping.
These are well worth the money!!! The only con is that they do make my boobs look much bigger, but since I'm nursing, people just assume its milk. Haha. They are not uncomfortable to wear either.
If you are on the fence, just buy them! You wont regret it! They've also saved so many shirts from milk stains too.

These are a life saver! In just 4 uses, I’ve been able to collect and save over 200ml that would typically be wasted while I’m nursing on the other side. It would either end up on my shirt or on an extra burp cloth. I’m sad I didn’t start using these sooner. The only thing I’m not sure about is if I overfill it past the nipple hole because that just happened and I spilled a good 20-30ml on my shirt besides the 40ml that I was still able to save from just one boob.

Better than I expected. I thought it was made all from plastic, but the part that touch the breast is made from silicone, and it have a comfortable touch.
